When we feel insecure, we are unable to trust ourselves and become an overthinker. When we think too much it consume your energy and disable our ability to make good decisions for ourselves. However insecurity can be just our motivation for reach our goals and become a better person, it back to how we can manage our mindset.
Everyone deals with insecurity, some are good enough for deals with that and the other faced a great difficulty to building self-esteem. It’s not easy because it can take some time. Stop being insecure and love ourselves more with Accept all of yourself, affirm our value, prioritize our needs, challnge our thought, embrace the awkward, make time for joy, and be gratefull.
